There have been no platforms announced for the title either, so we will just have to wait and see what they reveal next. Bokeh Game Studios is currently working on Slitterhead, with ex-Silent Hill director at the helm, and the team is taking fan questions until February. I look forward to seeing what is going on in this game and learning more about the characters, environment, and creatures. Quality Synthetic Lawn in Fawn Creek, Kansas will provide you with much more than a green turf and a means of conserving water. Toyama has indicated Slitterhead will be high on action, which is something of a departure from most of his horror fare. Slitterhead still has a lot of information to unveil moving forward, but it is definitely a very intriguing title. Toyama mentioned in one recent interview that Slitterhead wont be entirely horror-driven instead it will blend various different genres in order to appeal to a variety of players. As for the world it takes place in, it seems to be a partial dystopia - almost as though it hasn’t fully been destroyed yet and there is still hope for humanity to overcome a rise in these unique threats. The teaser shows off a few characters using powers to aid them in their fight against these otherworldly and outlandish enemies. This also marks the first new game from Keiichiro Toyama since 2017s. There hasn’t been a lot of details revealed for the game just yet, but it seems like it is going to have an action-first approach to the gameplay. Slitterhead was unveiled during The Game Awards 2021, and will be the first game from the newly formed Bokeh Game Studio. During The Game Awards 2021, Silent Hill and Siren creator Keiichi Toyama announced Slitterhead, the first project from his new company, Bokeh Game Studios. The wonderfully gory and unsettling. Ultimately, that makes sense as the creator of the Silent Hill and Siren series, Keiichiro Toyama, is the man behind this new studio. As a horror fan, seeing this reveal was pretty exciting as it gave off the impression of mixing the game Silent Hill and the anime series Parasyte into one single experience. Somehow, the indie Japanese team at Bokeh Game Studio has pulled this off with the reveal of Slitterhead at The Game Awards. It isn’t often these days that a game reveal is both unexpected and strangely enticing.
